My Story
How I Got Started
Kate has been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 8 years. She trained as a massage therapist in 2005 and since then has studied and worked in Thailand, India, Spain, Switzerland and UK.
In April she completed a two year diploma course with Yogacampus in London to qualify as a yoga therapist.
She combines her knowledge of Ayurvedic, Thai, Swedish and acupressure massage to create beautiful and deeply relaxing treatments.
